I went in for some testing and the staff was attentive and helpful. In particular, the nurse Maggie was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. She asked a lot of questions and made sure all of mine were answered. She made the whole visit feel safe and reassuring. I was in and out quickly and got my results back within a few days. I highly recommend Port City Urgent Care!

Just got seen at this urgent care and by far the best urgent care in Wilmington. The staff was so nice and the doctor I saw, I believe his name was Gary, was very nice and thorough with his examination and the recovery process!

Wonderful place! Went in as an urgent care patient but will become my primary from now on... it felt great to not be rushed and sent out the door with a prescription.

Visited for what I thought was a possible neck fracture. At first was a little apprehensive about going to this type of facility for what could have been a serious injury. After asking questions about their x-ray equipment and if they were capable of identifying this type of injury, my fears were subsided. They had a professional staff that treated me with straight forward care and respect for my situation... Hopefully I will not have to return for any future visits, however if I do need to go again it will be Port City Urgent Care.

Great experience, even better doctors and nurses. Doctor Price was extremely thorough and spent a considerable amount of time making sure he addressed all my concerns. The PA Bella was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. Erica called me back the very next day with results and made sure I knew my next steps. These guys do a great job, and I will continue to use them whenever needed.

This has been the best experience for us. My wife has had a terrible cough for 2 weeks and we decided to come here. We walk in and every employee is all smiles and greetings. They care about their patience. They saw us in a timely manner and were extremely professional. Dr. Clint was amazing. Highly recommend. If I could give 50 stars I would. After being very ill from a cough that wouldn’t go away, I found this affordable urgent care centrally located in Wilmington. The staff was so kind and caring, took there time in the exam room and I felt heard. They also have great hours and walk in options, I know where I will be going next time I’m sick! Friendly staff, you don't have to wait long for the doctor to see you, and you feel well taken care of.

Been going for years and would highly recommend them. Better alternative than the ER for most needs. You can make an appointment or just walk in. Staff is always friendly and they accept Medicare along with private insurance.

Gary is an amazing doctor. Not only does he listen but he knows exactly how to treat anything you go to him with. I would never go to another urgent care in town . His practice is like a family and when you step trough that door you are apart of it. I love him and his whole crew ! I wish every doctor was as great of a man as Gary! Thanks again doc

Been with Port City Family Practice for years now and I love them!

I have used Port City Urgent Care for a couple of years. Clint Price and Gary Ochs have been wonderful to me and anyone that I have referred to them. Clint is my primary PA and he is very kind and patient. I believe that he gets it when it concerns patients are feeling lousy enough without having someone rush them. I have been to see him with everything imaginable and he has handled all of the circumstances perfectly. Bree at the front desk worked with Tricare to change over my Primary Care Management to them and Chad the nurse is the best. He is kind and so personable and again, you have to have patience to work with patients! Port City Urgent Care is wonderful and I am blessed to have them as my PCMs.

All of the staff is great! Madison went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth as possible and Alexis made sure that we were checked out quickly! Love this office!

Incredible experience. Had an emergency situation and they got me in and out quickly, kept me updated, and were very professional. I hate going to the doctor but I would return tomorrow. Friendliness and professionalism 11/10.

I am from out of town and have had to visit this office twice in the past year, once with my daughter last November and this time it was me who needed to see a doctor. The staff at this office is professional and very friendly. Thank you for quality care.

I've seen the Dr there once, but had a question on a Sunday. The automated message tells you to call another number, it's the Dr's cell phone! He's really nice, and very affordable; especially if you don't have insurance.

My daughter was injured this weekend we aren't from the area so of course urgent care it is I'm so glad we found this place Gary was amazing and the staff was great as well super friendly super sweet and super funny my daughter didn't feel uncomfortable we genuinely felt like we were visiting family and that's not an overstatement ❤️ thank you all very much for fixing my daughter and making us feel at home!
